Hello!

It’s that time of year when everyone has decided to do something crazy for charity and wants your money.

Alas, I am following this trend and asking you to donate any money (if you can afford it) to help support a wonderful charity called mcch. They support people with mental health issues, learning disabilities and autism. They help by providing care, support packages, transition services, wellbeing, employment support and social clubs to help tackle some of the issues of isolation that can effect people throughout their lives. Burgess Autistic Trust have just become part of the wider mcch group and they continue to do wonderful work supporting individuals and their families in Bromley and I have seen first hand the incredible support they give to the people who often need it most.

Thanks for having a look and maybe donating. I am off to map out a rigorous training plan for the run up to the ride which I will almost certainly completely disregard. If anybody wants to come and see me on the day and point and laugh you’re more than welcome.
