Some of you may know...some may not...I have been selected to go abroad for 3 months in January/February to volunteer with VSO. This will mean a placement in Nigeria volunteering with a local community helping to educate around certain health related issues, including HIV/Aids and sexual health. I am due to go out to a place called Calabar in Nigeria to work with an NGO called Girl Power Intiative.

The immunisations are taking place as we speak and I have a Hepititis B shot and Rabies injections to have before leaving.

So please dig deep and donate now.
