The Royal Star & Garter Homes

The Royal Star & Garter Homes is a charity that provides outstanding nursing and therapeutic care to the ex-Service community.

Aimee and myself are going to complete a Tough Mudder challenge, we are raising money for a charity that provides care for the ex-Service community. In honour of this charity it is only right we do a painful military-style obstacle course event:

Tough Mudder is an endurance event series in which participants attempt 10–12-mile-long (16–19 km) military-style obstacle courses. Designed and created by British Special Forces to test mental as well as physical strength, obstacles often play on common human fears, such as fire, freezing water, electricity (10,000 volts) and heights.
