The Mid Yorkshire Hospitals NHS Trust provides Hospital & Community Healthcare services in Wakefield, Pontefract & Dewsbury. The Charitable aim is to enhance services provided by the Trust for the benefit of patients or towards the benefit of staff, which will result in improved patient care.

On Wednesday 28th September, a team from Thornton Jones Solicitors will be heading out on a sponsored walk, walking between all four of our offices – a round trip of some 25 miles, and we’d LOVE you to join us.

Some crazy person thought it’d a be a fun thing to do, to walk from our Wakefield office to our Ossett office and onwards to our Garforth and Sherburn in Elmet offices, completing the loop as we head back to Wakefield. We’re mapping the route, and planning refreshments at each waypoint, and we are underway with our training!

This year, Thornton Jones Solicitors’ Charity of the Year is The Children’s Ward at Pinderfield Hospital and through multiple streams of fundraising we hope to raise in excess of £1,000 on this walk.
