Phillips66 Humber Refinery Three Peaks Challenge 2012 · 8 September 2012

At Macmillan, we will move mountains to help people with cancer live life as fully as they can. We’re doing whatever it takes. But without your help we can’t support everyone who needs us. To donate, volunteer, raise money or campaign with us, call 0300 1000 200 or visit macmillan.org.uk

Story

For the past Seven years a group of us mainly from the Phillips66 Humber Refinery have completed the Yorkshire Three Peaks which takes in the summits of Pen-y-ghent (694 metres - 2,276 feet), Whernside (736 metres - 2,415 feet) and Ingleborough (723 metres  2,372 feet) all in one circular route over a distance of approximately 25 miles.

Last year we managed to raise over  £3400 for a local Charity called Portage.

We are again taking on this challenge in 2012 on the 8th of September, raising money for Macmillan Cancer Support.

The Team this year are: Ian Otter, Alex Merrall, Bryony Hursthouse, Sarah Cleaver, Tom Cleaver, Jenny Couling, Luke Sutcliffe, Ian Gray, Neil Whall, Andy Pegg, Mark Dunfond, Jonathan Haughan, Mike Birchall, Jase Newton, Dave Lowe, Paul Atkin, Steve Vaughan, Mike Howard, Tom Baker, Gemma Boyes and Brian Hudson

Donating through JustGiving is simple, fast and totally secure. Your details are safe with JustGiving – they’ll never sell them on or send unwanted emails. Once you donate, they’ll send your money directly to the charity and make sure Gift Aid is reclaimed on every eligible donation by a UK taxpayer. So it’s the most efficient way to donate - we raise more, whilst saving time and cutting costs for the charity.

So please dig deep and donate now.
