A Message from Mrs. Walton, Mrs. Wilkerson, & Mr. Kistler:

This school year is going to be fun, insightful, and an inquisitive time for our 6^th graders! We will be reading fabulous stories, writing for a variety of purposes, solving real-world math problems, exploring ancient civilizations, and experimenting in science. In our classes we will value kindness, respect, trust, perseverance, and communication. Being a 6th grade student means high expectations and responsibility. In addition to the fascinating areas of study in 6th grade, we are excited to explore how our faith in God provides a lens through which we come to a deeper understanding of everything we learn. We will learn about the uniqueness that God has created, not only in ourselves but the world around us and use that knowledge to better our
community.
