I am running my first half marathon in memory of my Dad, Michael Hore, who fought MND for six years with the utmost bravery. Although he left us in February 2014, this hideous disease didn't beat him. He defied it. As his daughter, nothing will beat me either. It is my fervent hope that a day will come when nobody has to go through what he endured, and when no family will be torn apart by this cruel, hideous disease. To find a cure, we need money.
