We provide free end-of-life care to people affected by life-limiting illness

Story

5 Years ago I was diagnosed & treated for cervical cancer & given the all clear.

Challenged again October 2016 I was diagnosed with secondary metastatic lung cancer. I finished my chemo in April 2017  & although my cancer is not curable I am well now & intend to stay well.

My family, friends & work colleagues supported me throughout my treatment & I cant thank everyone enough at Weston Hospital for the excellent care that I received & ongoing support from the Wellbeing Centre at Weston Hospice.

I want to raise awareness of cervical cancer & ask everyone to chat to their friends & family to check they have smear tests. If you feel unwell for a prolonged period or have any lumps please see your Doctor for a chat to discuss any worries.

Please all wear sunscreen & teach your children to apply sun cream & wear hats.

We want to raise as much awareness as we can for Weston Hospice to help others & their families.

Thanks for taking the time to visit our Tiger Feet teams JustGiving page.
