Anyone who knows me will think I am crazy for doing this zip slide, I can't even go on a fair ground ride without coming off in tears!!!

However a good cause deserves my inner strength and so I will jump off the side of the Exscape building in order to raise some much needed money for the Stroke Association.

Anyone who wants to come and watch is very welcome 2pm Saturday 17th July, please bring tissues and vodka, I think I will need both :O)
