Tilly's Sponsored Read for the Orangutans

Fundraising for Sumatran Orangutan Society
£469
raised of £200 target
by 30 supporters
We know that a lot of people care about the future of Sumatran orangutans, but we also know that not everyone knows how to help. Well show you that you DO have the power to make a difference with simple, quick ways to fundraise.

Story

Tilly was inspired when watching David Attenborough's "Seven Worlds, One Planet" to do something to help the orangutans, after feeling very sad when she saw how their homes are being destroyed by deforestation.

She plans to read a minimum of 10 pages of her chapter book, independently to herself, for each day of her coronavirus isolation, in a Sponsored Read, and we'll post progress updates on this page.

All donations will go to Orangutan Relief to help Sumatran Orangutan Society protect Sumatran orangutans, their forests and their future. Please support Tilly's first ever fundraising project and her journey to become an Orangutan Protector and help one of the world's most incredible animal species!
