Some good friends of mine Son was recently diagnosed with type 1 diabetes. This came as a massive shock to them all. In the early years it was a challenge but thanks to the support from JDRF life now is a lot less stressful. I am therefore keen to ensure their value work continues in the future so that other families can benefit from their  support and expertise.
