My friend Simon (Vincer for those that know him) and I are cycling from Lands End to John o'Groats, over a period of 3 weeks, starting on Tuesday May 18th.

We will follow a prescribed route up to Glencoe and then cut off west, up through Skye and over to the Western Isles, adding around 100 miles to the standard route, before returning to the mainland at Ullapool and completing the journey around the north west coastline.

We will be camping and carrying all of our kit on our bicycles.

Although I hope to thouroughly enjoy this trip, I feel I ought not miss the opportunity to introduce you to this most deserving charity and ask that you might pop a hand in a pocket and contribute towards their cause.
