This year I'm running 10k to support the Cindy Appleyard Foundation.  It raises funds to help parents whose young children are seriously or terminally ill and have to stay in specialist clinics away from home.  When parents are going through a very stressful and heartbreaking experience the charity gives grants to help alleviate the additional stress of financial worry. 

The Charity was set up by some friends of mine who went through this experience and decided to help other parents who were going through the same. 

It's a small charity that needs all the help it can get so any donations would be hugely appreciated.
