Thanks for taking the time to visit my JustGiving page.

6 of us, Tom Fox, Chris James, Chris Bevan, Nick Plunkett, Guy Watts and myself are embarking on a relay - approximately split into a format of 1 hour on - 5 hours off throughout the challenge for each of us.

•We are running from Marble Arch to the Coast
•We then Swim the English Channel
•On arrival in France, we will then Cycle to the Arc de Triomphe in Paris

As things stand, we have booked a provisional crossing to take place between the 1st and 10th of July.  Once we have a confirmed date, we will work back and begin the run from Marble Arch so as to arrive in good time to start the swim.

I have decided to open a fundraising page for a local charity called Helen & Douglas House which describes itself as having the time and expertise to care for children and young adults with life-shortening conditions and support their families. The two hospice houses offer specialist symptom and pain management, medically-supported short breaks and end-of-life care, as well as counselling and practical support for the whole family.

Their aim is to help every young person - aged from birth to 35 – who visits them from Oxfordshire and surrounding counties, live life to the full....even when that life is short. 

I have no specific target set and so I do not want to ask anyone for sponsorship.  I am simply putting up this page so that if anyone wants to support the charity they can do so from here. Similarly, I am not fundraising on behalf of everyone, only me so that others can look to support other things if they would like.
