Timesco Healthcare will be represented by Ken, Dan, Grant and Craig who will be taking part in the St Luke's Triathlon to raise money and awareness for our local charity who do a fantastic job providing specialist palliative care for people living in the Basildon and Thurrock districts with any life threatening, life limiting disease.  This often means cancer but also includes other illnesses that are no longer curative, such as Heart Failure, Multiple Sclerosis, Chronic Obstructive Pulmonary Disease or Motor Neurone Disease.

Dan is the youngster of the team (age 25) and will be taking part in his 3rd Triathlon.  Craig (age 26) is the novice of the team and will be taking part in his first Triathlon.  Ken's best years are behind him (age 40) and will also be taking part in his third Triathlon.  Grant is the senior member of the team (age 53) and will be taking part in his 6th Triathlon, and it was Grant who encouraged/mentored Ken and Dan to take part in their first Triathlon's back in 2014.

Please help our team to support our local charity

Regards Ken, Dan, Grant & Craig
