I have taken up this challenge with friends to ride 100 miles on my road bike to raise money for MCCH which is a charity that helps with learning disabilities, autism and mental health... One of which we all know someone who suffers the day to day life of living with or someone who cares for someone living with this... It's not something that goes away over night and without the help and support of this charity which helps individuals to live independently as possible and  to support them reach their potential.
