STRATHMORE SCHOOL IS RICHMOND BOROUGH'S SPECIAL NEEDS SCHOOL. IT DOES AMAZING UNSUNG WORK WITH A VERY LIMITED BUDGET.

MANY OF STRATHMORE'S PUPILS CANNOT COMMUNICATE AT ALL. EQUIPMENT IS AVAILABLE TO BUY THAT WOULD ENABLE THESE CHILDREN TO COMMUNICATE, BUT SUCH ITEMS  - LIKE A "PROXTALKER" ARE VERY EXPENSIVE, AND BEYOND THE  MEANS OF THE EDUCATION AUTHORITY. 

THEREFORE MY SON TOM AND I ARE RIDING FROM LONDON TO BRIGHTON ON THE 26TH OF AUGUST, TO BEGIN RAISING ENOUGH MONEY FOR THE SCHOOL TO PURCHASE A PROXTALKER.

WE ARE HOPING EVERYONE WE KNOW WILL SPONSOR US.

THE AIM OF THIS RIDE IS TO RAISE £200.
