Dreamdrops aims to make life a little easier when it can be at it's most stressful by providing all those little (and large) extras that are not covered by public funds. The charity's work doesn't just stop at the hospital door, as funds are also used to help sick children cared for at home.

Story

Thanks for taking the time to visit my JustGiving  page.

As some of you know, my goal for this year is to run the Brighton marathon on the 17th April.
So I got to thinking that I would like to raise some money for a charity.
I have chosen Huntingdon children's charity-Dreamdrops. This is a charity that helped friends of mine when they had their little girl Alice. Alice was born with Trisomy 18(also known as Edwards syndrome) This is caused by an error in the cell division creating an extra chromosome.
Alice was born on the 12th September 2014, she was beautiful and was loved by everyone who came into her world. Sadly Alice lost her fight to survive on 2nd November 2014, she was just 7 weeks and 2 days.
I have also decided on running Folksworth 15, on the 24/1. 18 miler at Stamford on the 14th February. Milton Keynes 20 on the 6/3 and a half marathon in October.
Please help me raise money for this charity, and awareness of Trisomy 18(Edwards syndrome)
