Hello!

I am sure everyone reading this has known someone near and dear to them who has suffered from cancer. Please sponsor us in our attempt to help the fight in preventing, diagnosing and treating cancer.

Run to the beat (26 September 2010) is a half marathon in london, with live bands and DJs playing to keep runners on the move.

Supposedly, specially selected music increases a runner's performance- in which case Tinos is hoping for a Peter Andre megamix, and Lisa an Atomic Kitten megamix :)
