Tragically in November, my Uncle decided to take his own life much to the shock of me and my family. In his memory I have opted to do a charity show at The Joiners in Southampton, in memory of him as well as to help people who have had struggles similar to his. Suicide is the Biggest killer in men under 50 and Calm help over 5000 people each month through phone calls as well as more through use of its website, zine and a number of different services.

They also offer support to those bereaved by suicide.
