On 30th August I will be setting sail on voyage that will take me to the far side of the world as I take part in the first 4 legs of the 2015-16 Clipper Round The World Race. I will be sailing over 17,000 miles, racing in a fleet of twelve 70-foot ocean racing yachts.

I'm raising funds in aid of UNICEF, the official charity for the 2015-16 race. UNICEF operate in 190 countries around the world, including every country on the race route. More than any other organisation, they ensure children are fed, vaccinated, educated and protected. Follow their work here:
