Shepreth Wildlife Conservation Charity was established in 2011 to help fundraise for important work both home and abroad. The organisation raises funds and educates visitors about species which are threatened with extinction, and also plays a major role in funding the Shepreth Hedgehog Hospital.

Story

Ever since I was a small child, my parents always looked after the hedgehogs in our garden. We'd leave food out for them together, build homes for them and make nice bedding. It was a lovely thing to do for them, and us as a family.

Sadly, The ‘common’ hedgehog is under threat from human caused changes to their natural habitat and year on year I see fewer and fewer of them.

The SWCC Hedgehog hospital does amazing work in looking after these wonderful little creatures, but they are full and need funds to help save more! Please help save a part of our natural world!
