Story

Hi everyone thanks for visiting my page.

On Sunday 24th April I'll be running the Shakespeare Marathon in Stratford-upon-Avon for the Beer-Harris Memorial Trust in memory of my dear school friend Joe.

Joe was an amazing athlete so it has become something of a tradition for his friends and family to take part in annual endurance events. Last year I ran a half marathon so this year I have decided to up the ante and run my first full marathon!

Before he passed away Joe was a keen fundraiser for the Beer Harris Memorial Trust, which is now named in Joe's honour. The charity does excellent work helping those suffering from severe mental health issues. It's a great cause so any donations would be very much appreciated and will be extra motivation when the legs have stopped working in those last few miles!

Thanks

Tom x
