Hi all,

Less than a year after a bad compoud fracture of my leg, I'm running (with Dean as motivational and probably piggy back support!) to help those who can't or don't make as good a recovery as I was fortunate to make. 

In this season of giving, if you could give a little to these guys that would be amazing!

p.s. by running what I actualy mean is more like a loping fast amble. A cross between a zombie and a hunchbacked ogre if you will.
