On the 17th of August I was supposed to be doing a run, but due to the weather, it's been cancelled! So instead I will be walking from Keswick to Workington , I am doing this on behalf of a great local charity called Jacks journey, who help families through childhood cancer.

Jacks journey pledges to provide financial support of a fixed amount to two Cumbrian families each month. On average childhood cancer costs an additional £600 every single month of treatment. This is why my aim is to raise a minimum of £600 to help provide support for this worthy cause.

One of just the many things this great charity has accomplished was to be able to purchase a holiday home which enables families to enjoy a short time of respite in the lakes
