Story

In true me fashion I am once again spontaneously putting myself through hell in the hope you will donate to help others.

Next weekend I intend to run 66km Sat-Sun (equivalent to just over 1.5 Marathons) for Womens Aid & Mind.

Any donations would be hugely appreciated.

Why 66km?

A wonderful friend tragically had her life taken at 17. My eldest brother lost his life to suicide at 49 late last year.

The events of the past few weeks reawoke feelings in me surrounding these incidents. I wish to see more done to continue the protection of the women in our lives. I believe much of this has to do with improving our intercommunication as men. Which leads me onto my brother. By fostering more open and less toxic environments I hope lives like Mark's can avoid being lost.

I am not here to say either of these incidents could have been avoided. What I am here to say is we can individually do better for each other.
