The National Autistic Society is here to transform lives, change attitudes and create a society that works for autistic people. There is still so much to do to increase opportunities, reduce social isolation and build a brighter future for autistic people. With your help, we can make it happen.

Story

Thanks for taking the time to visit my JustGiving page.

I was diagnosed with Tourettes when I was 15 and then later on when I was 21 with Aspergers / ADHD / Dyslexia / Dyspraxia.  My main passion is Sport and keeping fit, which I believe helps me cope daily with my conditions.  Last year for NAS Awareness week, I solely completed 750 dips in 1 hour, raising around £700. Having recently publicly raised awareness of my conditions on TV, I am even more determined to raise more money to help this worthy charity.  Therefore this year, with the help of my brother Matthew Morgan, Wales Rugby International, along with another Welsh Rugby International Rhys Webb and a very good friend and training partner of mine Chris Chambers, we are going to complete our latest challenge which is 4000 tricep dips in 1 hour between the four of us.  This challenge will be held at K2 Gym in Bridgend (during Autism Awareness week which is 2nd to 8th April), a gym which is run by great owners and people who I've become good friends with and have always supported me where my conditions are concerned.  We are aiming to fundraise in the region of £1500  Please support this very worthy cause as I believe sport and exercise can benefit a lot of people on the ASD spectrum and help them immensely with their conditions and hopefully encourage more people to take up any form of physical activity.

Thanks for your support.
