Story

Back again for another Half Marathon distance at this year’s Great North Run 2023, from Newcastle to South Shields.

Thats 21.1K or 13.1 Miles to run and I’m hoping to complete it in less than 1 Hours 45 Mins, following my increase in mileage and stamina now running is part of my everyday life! 🏃🏻‍♂️ 💪🏻

It’s on Sunday 10th September and I’d love it if you could donate to Heartbeat North West who helped my Dad with his recovery following his heart attack some years ago. Any donation is welcomed and please Gift Aid if you can.
