On 3^rd June 2018, I am competing in an Ironman Triathlon to raise money for Cancer Research. For those of you that haven’t heard of this event, it starts with a 2.4 mile swim, followed by a 112 mile cycle, and finishes with a 26.4 mile marathon run.

As many of you will know this cause means a lot to myself and my family. Cancer Research are currently fighting cancer on all fronts, finding new ways to prevent, diagnose and treat it to save more lives. They are entirely funded by the public and need all the help they can get.

I would be really grateful if you could donate for this worthy cause, even if it’s just the equivalent of a drink in the pub.
