On October 17th, I'll be running the Paris Marathon to support the Shanti Bhavan Children's Project. 

Please help me raise £2,800 to support two children for a school year at Shanti Bhavan.

About Shanti Bhavan Children's Project

Based in Bangalore, India, the Shanti Bhavan Children's Project gives children the education, knowledge and support they need to escape generational poverty and to bring their families with them.

The school provides children who wouldn't otherwise receive an education with 17 years of schooling - supporting them from their first day of school to their first day of work. 

Shanti Bhavan graduates will not only become authors, computer scientists, engineers, entrepreneurs and teachers, and make more money in the first five years of their careers than their parents will in a lifetime, but they will - instilled with the importance of fighting against social discrimination and poverty - carry hundreds of people out of poverty with them and effect lasting change in their communities.

The objective

$1,890 (USD) provides for one child for an entire year - schooling, housing and healthcare.
