Story
Hey hons,
Arthur and Louis, Tom are putting their jelly legs to the test to raise money for a charity supporting trans, nonbinary and gender diverse young people through the gorge charity Mermaids.
Why Mermaids?
Every young person deserves to live a full and happy life in a safe environment, regardless of their gender identity. Mermaids is one of the UK’s leading LGBTQ charities for young people and their families providing resources and support.
Isolation, discrimination and a lack of access to healthcare can JOG ON. We want the best for our younger queer siblings.
Transgender, nonbinary and gender-diverse children and teens need support and understanding, as well as the freedom to explore their gender identity. Whatever the outcome, Mermaids is committed to helping families navigate the challenges they may face.

What are we doing?
Despite spending the last few lockdowns only running back and forth from the fridge, we’ve only gone and convinced ourselves we can run half a marathon. We will be running the Hackney Half Marathon, which is on Sunday 16th May, a day of rest but not for us.
The start and finish will be on the Hackney Marshes - please come and have a bottle of prosecco with us after, not only will we be asking for it, we will be DYING for it.
We would appreciate it if you could donate as little or as much as you can - any amount would make a big difference.
All of our love,
Arthur, Louis and Tom xxx
