I am doing my first half marathon in my 60s. Post covid, and 5 years after I did the Birmingham marathon.

I am really conscious of the cost of living, fuel costs and poor economic climate. I hesitated over asking for sponsorship. However NIA supports women, girls and children, escaping domestic violence. Sadly their work carries on, and to be needed more than ever just now. if you can give a little, even a quid, please do, and make an old rugby player run!
