As most know Running played a big part in my Military Career for 27 Years. I haven't Run at all for about 15 years now and the knees are getting old... But one last challenge because 60 is the New 40, well I keep telling myself that anyway. I'd like to raise as much money as possible for this charity riding on the back of my own personal challenge, training is tough and interfering with golf..... So please help motivate me this year and please put your hand in your pocket.... There's a lot of you out there I have supported over the years in your own challenges so dig deep and make me earn it. Many thanks in advance  1K pounds would be bloody marvelous but double that with your help would be tremendous !!!
