In the month of May I will be embarking on a journey to cycle from a small village called Oberhaverbeck, near Bispingen, Germany, back home to Preston, in memory of two friends, Anna whom sadly lost her battle with mental health, and Ben whom suddenly & unexpectedly passed away but was always there to help people who struggled with mental health related issues.

The journey is 708km (440miles), expanding 5 to 6 days, passing through Bremen, Meppen, crossing the boarder into Netherlands at Gramsbergen, passing through Zwolle, Lelystad, outskirts of Amsterdam, heading towards The Hague and eventually to the Hook of Holland. From here, we’ll take the ferry into Hull. From here we’ll head towards Brough, then onto Selby, outskirts of Castleford, through Leeds, Shipley, Keighley, Burnley, Blackburn to Bamber Bridge, Preston.

I aim to raise over two thousand pound and would welcome donations of any size.
