In memory of Mark, and others that we have loved and lost.  

Mark was full of humour and quick wit, a thoughtful, caring and loving man to all his family and a wonderful friend to many.  His very sudden death aged just 47 due to coronary heart disease, shocked us all.  Not a day goes by without us thinking of him, and wishing he was still with us.

Consequently, the Gambers, Girlings, Hayons, Moormans and Murfitts are teaming up to cycle to Brighton, and all the money raised will help in the fight against heart disease. It would be a wonderful thing if we could prevent another family (and their friends) from having to suffer the devastating loss of someone they love in similar circumstances.
