Myself and my husband are taking part in Dry January to raise money for The Bike Network. This is a charity close to our hearts as it was set up by our son-in-law Adam. After defeating cancer himself, he created The Bike Network to help people affected by cancer get fit and healthy. The charity gives bicycles and equipment completely free of charge to people who have had cancer, and also their direct family members.  It is truly awful that 1 in 2 people in the UK will be diagnosed with cancer in their lifetime. But this just goes to show how many people this charity can support. But they can't do it alone. Please donate as much or as little as you can to help those affected by cancer.
