BHF fun research into heart disease and I've seen the campaign from British Heart Foundation about ramping up the red for Friday 7th February so I've decided to 'ditch the red'  (the hair that will be cut off is being given to The Little Princess Trust who provide real hair wigs to boys and girls across the UK and Ireland that have sadly lost their own hair through cancer treatments) and see if I can raise some money for this fantastic charity that has indeed helped us (not just Jack my son but myself and my daughter are still waiting to find out if we are carriers of the genetic heart condition 'Hypertrophic Obstructive Cardiomyopathy' that caused Jack's heart attack 7.5 years ago as it could impact on her children too).

Without their fantastic work my family's story could be very different, and as February is the month of both my wonderful children's birthdays I thought I would see if I could raise some money for them!

So I'm going to be cheeky and call upon your very good nature, If you don't mind I would like to see if I can raise £100 from this deed, I could achieve that if just 20 of my friends gave a fiver or whatever you can spare, I know we often get asked to help out with such things so I will understand if you can't, as I always say if you don't ask, you don't get!
