This year I will be raising money for a charity in honour of my Grandson, Elliot. It is an Autistic children’s charity that’s helps advise and support families all over the UK with early intervention behavioural programmes and advocate the benefits of early intervention, along with autism awareness.

My daughter and her partner are great believers of early intervention programmes as the results are already proving fantastic! Weekly therapy sessions, extra funding towards nursery education and that extra support , educating themselves as parents/carers is already showing how much progress CAN be achieved with the right help.

I also hope by racing for this charity I can raise even more awareness of autism, it is becoming more apparent in our every day lives, and sometimes disabilities aren’t always visible.
