As most of you know, Dom and I take part in a few races each year, and try to use the opportunity to support a charity along the way.

This year we are supporting Beating Bowel Cancer.

This year we have still to run:

The Great Scottish Run Half Marathon, the Preston Marathon (Dom), Preston Half Marathon (me) as well as the world's largest half marathon, the iconic Great North Run.
