On Sunday 5th September I will be taking part in the Bates Green Gallop.  

Bates Green Farm is in Arlington, near Hailsham in East Sussex, and is home to the well known Bluebell Walk. This run goes through some beautiful Sussex countryside, through woods, across fields and alongside the River Cuckmere. Each lap is 3.78 mile and I aim to complete as many laps as I can during the 6 hours the event is running.  

This year is WRAS's 25th Year as a voluntary group and I have now been undertaking wildlife rescue and conversation work for over 35 years. 

East Sussex WRAS is an award winning community charity which operates a small fleet of veterinary ambulances and a veterinary hospital dedicated to helping sick, injured and orphaned wildlife.
