As you may or may not already know, we are all putting down the chocolate biscuits (well, trying to) and picking up our running shoes in the attempt to run, jog or walk the 5K Race for Life on the 4th July.

We're overwhelmed by the generosity of everyone who has already donated - thank you so much! We're now hoping to raise £500 for Cancer Research UK and would very much appreciate any support you could give us for this fantastic charity - whatever the amount.
