On 26th April I'll be running Tough Mudder London West with my team from Meridian Equity Partners, on the Culden Faw Estate at Henley on Thames.

Tough Mudder is a c12 mile (20 km) obstacle course challenge designed to test all-around strength, stamina, mental grit and camaraderie. With the most innovative obstacles and over one million participants globally to date, Tough Mudder represents the premier obstacle course series in the world.
