Great Yarmouth & Waveney Mind are independent charities - they raise  their own funds and they have their own Board of Trustees who are responsible for how they’re run.  Being local they understand our community and tailor their services in response to what people need most.

I have suffered for many years with my own mental health  and I have had many types of medications and physiological input. I have come out the other side and am thankful for all the help I have received along my journey including GYW Mind. 

Now I feel ready to give something back and the fact that I have turned 50 which needs to be celebrated, as at one time I didn't think I would reach that age.

Please help me in supporting this worthwhile Charity and making a 50 year old scream.
