Ar Chwefror 14eg 2012 fe fu farw un o fy ffrindiau pennaf, Meilyr Hamilton o Lanystumdwy, ac yntau ond yn 23 mlwydd oed. Fe fu farw o SUDEP (Sudden Unexplained Death in Epilepsy).

Er cof amdano dwi am redeg marathon Llundain (26.2 milltir!!) gan geisio casglu gymaint o arian a phosip i ' Epilepsy Society' , sy'n fudiad sy'n helpu pobol fyw a dygymod â'r cyflwr, yn ogystal â chynnal gwaith ymchwil i geisio trechu'r cyflwr creulon yma.

On February 14th 2012 one of my best pals, Meilyr Hamilton, sadly passed away as a consequence of a SUDEP (Sudden Unexplained Death in Epilepsy). He was only 23.

On Sunday the 26th of April I'll run 26.2 miles in his honour, The Virgin London Marathon!! My selected charity is the 'Epilepsy Society', which helps individuals live with the condition alongside carrying out vital research to find the causes of epilepsy and to improve it's treatment.
