Story

Hi Everybody,

Thanks for taking the time to visit our JustGiving page.

On Sunday 4th September I  will be taking part in the Cedar Foundations Treetops Challenge.  It involves rope bridges, scramble nets and zip wires set high among the treetops in mid-Ulster and looks terrifying,( but I am trying not to think about that part of it, mind you I have never ever done any rope bridge, not to mention the rest of the challenges).

Joining me will be three members of the staff from Twisel Lodge in Holywood.  Their names are Orla McLaughlin, Irene Biggs and Johnny Lee!

I am hoping that you will help me raise money for Cedar who provided a home for my late brother Stephen, and now are continuing to be part of our family, by providing a loving environment for my eldest son Christopher to safely live a happy life.

We owe Cedar a huge debt and this is a way in which I can repay, just a tiny bit, their immense kindness.

I am delighted to be part of a team for this challenge and look forward to Orla, Irene and Johnny and I working through it together.  It promises to be a great day.
