Hi, I'm Tyler. I'm 13years old and on 18th October I will be celebrating my 10 year anniversary of my life saving kidney transplant. To help celebrate, I would love to raise money for Alder Hey who have been there for me since I was 15 days old and helped get me through to transplant stage through different types of dialysis.  To do this, I've asked if I can walk to the top of Snowdon with family and team mates.

In 2012, my amazing Grandad stepped up and donated his kidney to me and since then I have been able to live a more normal life.  I was only 3 years old when I had my transplant but prior to that, I had multiple operations and hospital visits that I know must have been hard on my Mum and Dad.

I now take a number of different medications to help my body not reject the kidney and I still get seen by Alder Hey every 6 weeks to make sure everythings working well.

I really want to give something back as a thank you and to lift the Alder Hey banner at the summit of Snowdon with the Alder Hey Transplant Team.
