UBS Choir Festive Fundraiser for Migrateful

Fancy an evening filled with music, mince pies and mulled wine – and all for a good cause? Join the UBS Choral Society for their annual festive concert on 9 December at 6 p.m. in the 5BG Great Hall. The event will not only entertain but also raise funds for Migrateful, one of our Community Affairs partners – please donate generously!

Your donation will support our Community Affairs partner Migrateful, a charity that helps refugees, asylum seekers and vulnerable migrants in the UK on their journey to employment and integration. Many of the people Migrateful work with are still processing trauma after experiencing sex trafficking, honour based violence or flight from war-torn countries. Migrateful provide training and teaching experience to build migrant chefs' to share their native cuisine, culture and stories and help dispel misconceptions about migration. They also provide a chef graduation program arm to support chefs interested in setting up their own catering or other food businesses. 

By partnering with Migrateful, we can help vulnerable adults who are struggling to integrate to develop skills for decent jobs and entrepreneurship that will play a key part in their integration to UK society.
