Students' Union UCL - we're the place where more happens

Story

All donations will be managed and administered by the UCL Student Union

Our club is hosting the UCLBC 48 hour Row-a-thon this season to raise money for the National Autistic Society and our Boat Club.  It will take place in Covent Garden Market at 4pm on Friday 5th February until 4pm Sunday 7th February.

Why are we hosting the Row-a-thon?

The National Autistic Society is a UK charity for people with autism (including Asperger syndrome) and their families providing information and support and campaigning for greater awareness and understanding of the condition.  However, they cannot provide this on their own which is why we are splitting 50% of our donations with them.

What is a Row-a-thon?

The aim is to accumulate as many kilometers as possible. Rowers will take turns to row continuously, clocking up the kilometers on two rowing machines over the 48-hour period.  It’s very tough but rewarding activity and allows our members to give something back to the club and the community.

It would mean the world to us if you could donate to our cause.  If you have any enquires, please feel free to contact Andrew Stahl at uclbcfundraiser@gmail.com
