Dave Ody, Rebecca Harrison, Ben Lane, Mark Ealing and I have all decided to jump out a perfectly good aeroplane to help those suffering from mental health issues. Most people know someone who is or has dealt with a mental illness, they just may not have known that they know someone. Our aim is to raise awareness and help people suffering realise it is okay, you can talk about it, you will not be judged.

We're Dorset Mind, the local mental health charity. We are here to make sure anyone with a mental health challenge has somewhere to turn to for advice and support.We educate, challenge stigma and support people to recover from mental health difficulties.
