We alert sex workers about dangerous people to end violence against them

Story

On Reclaim the Night, we march and campaign to ensure safety and autonomy for all women and marginalised genders in Manchester. This year, we are calling on Manchester University and Greater Manchester Combined Authorities to proactively work to ensure the safety and security of Manchester’s sex workers, and there are several ways you can get involved.



This year’s Reclaim the Night campaign will be raising money for two organisations: Support for Student Sex Workers, and National Ugly Mugs. This page is for donations to National Ugly Mugs


National Ugly Mugs is a UK-wide charity working with sex workers to do research, design and deliver safety tools, and to provide support services to people in adult industries.

National Ugly Mugs is a reporting mechanism for sex workers who are often targeted by dangerous individuals. NUM issues alerts to sex workers & feeds intelligence to police, aiming to reduce the offending career of some of the most dangerous serial sexual offenders who pose a threat to us all.
